(“Taaleem”) is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in the UAE in 2003. Taaleem’s main activities include development and operation of K-12 schools, in addition to other supporting initiatives. Taaleem, through its Holding Company Madaares, is owned by 100 shareholders, more than 90% of whom are UAE nationals and/or companies incorporated in the UAE.

At Taaleem we aim to inspire young minds, and help them to identify and develop their passions and talents. Our success is rooted in the consistent delivery of world-class education and overall quality across our schools. Our schools are staffed by exceptional international educators who deliver international curricula which are tailored to the needs of our students. Each of our schools is evaluated by one or more international accreditation/authorization bodies to ensure they meet the highest educational quality standards.

Today, Taaleem owns and operates nine schools and nurseries in the UAE. We have ambitious plans for further expansion across the GCC. We employ about 525 professionals and the number of students enrolled in our schools has grown an average of 65% per year over the last three years, from 800 students in 2005 to roughly 3600 today.
